Free consultations and paid projects

Booking a consultation is free and does not commit you to purchasing a service. A booking confirmation reserves an appointment; it is not acceptance of a paid project.

Before paid work starts, a written proposal or project agreement must identify the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, price, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, revisions, timeline and any third-party costs. Review and agree those details before paying. We do not collect payment-card information in the booking form.

Timelines and outcomes

Service timelines shown on this website are indicative. Your written agreement defines your actual schedule, which may depend on receiving assets, approvals and access. We do not guarantee sales, follower counts, search rankings or other commercial results. Any portfolio examples identified as concepts or demos are not evidence of completed client work.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate booking and project information, and only share materials you have permission to use. Book on behalf of a business only if you are authorised to do so. Do not submit malicious files, impersonate another person or attempt to access private accounts or data. Bookings are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

Creative work and third parties

Ownership, licences, source-file delivery and permission to display completed work must be set out in the written project agreement. Fonts, stock media, platforms and other third-party materials may have their own licence terms. AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, suitability and any relevant rights before use.

Links to other websites are provided for context; those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Website availability can be affected by maintenance or third-party outages.

Changes, cancellations and questions

See our cancellation and refund policy and privacy notice. Contact us with your booking or project reference if there is a problem. Nothing in these website terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend an existing written project agreement.
